With the rapid development of smart internet-connected vehicles, OTA technology has become an important means of vehicle function update and fault repair. However, the wide application of OTA technology also brings new testing challenges, especially how to ensure the reliability, safety and efficiency of the OTA process.
In his speech, Dr. Xie Leyin pointed out thatIn order to ensure the safety of vehicle OTA upgrade and to comply with UNECE R156/ISO 24089, GB 44496 and other regulatory requirements. The core advantage of this program is its full-coverage testing capability. Through hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) technology, the solution is able to simulate various working conditions and network environments on the vehicle side, and at the same time, combined with the simulation of cloud servers and communication pipelines, it realizes end-to-end testing of the OTA upgrade process.The software architecture of OTA HIL is based on the TSMaster virtual instrument software platform, which provides full-stack testing capability from the bottom hardware control to the cloud collaboration, and includes a three-layer OTA system development and testing platform with user interaction layer, system application layer, and virtual hardware simulation layer..．
