On July 3, 2025, TOSUN was invited to participate in dSPACE Korea Conference 2025 to discuss the latest development trend of simulation test technology with experts, engineers and industry partners in the global automotive electronics field. In this user conference, TOSUN demonstrated the joint simulation program of TSMaster and dSPACE console, showing the deep integration of the two parties in the field of automotive HIL test, ECU verification and automation test, which aroused wide attention from the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TSMaster x dSPACE | A More Efficient Testing Ecosystem<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

As a global leading simulation and test solution provider, dSPACE's hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) system is widely used in automotive electronics development. And the TSMaster software platform independently developed by TOSUN has become an important tool in the field of automotive testing in China by virtue of its high performance, high flexibility, full protocol support and other characteristics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Seamless integration:<\/strong>In the future, TSMaster will support ASAM XIL and interact with the dSPACE real-time system via standardized interfaces (e.g. CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet) to automate the test process in a closed loop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    With TSMaster software, dSPACE users can quickly realize core functions such as bus simulation (RBS), RC, CRC, and E2E. In the future, advanced engineering tasks such as diagnostic protocol processing and calibration configuration will be supported, significantly improving the development efficiency of in-vehicle network systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
