The Yellow River Racing Team of Yellow River Transportation College, a group of young people with racing dreams, is riding on the race track with passion and wisdom. The Yellow River Racing Team was formerly known as \"Wind Shadow Racing Team\", which was established in 2020 and officially renamed in 2024. The fleet is led by the School of Automotive Engineering, integrating multidisciplinary resources, and consists of the Operations Department (publicity, planning, office) and the Technical Department (suspension, body frame, transmission, electrical). Under the guidance of professional teachers, the fleet has formed an innovative team centered on student self-management, with the ability to design, process and test the whole vehicle. The team focuses on cultivating the comprehensive quality of its members and is committed to building a skilled, united and progressive racing talent team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the competitive track of racing car R&D, every millisecond of performance improvement is precious. As the core debugging tool of Yellow River Racing Team's electrical group, TOSUN TSMaster software platform brings a qualitative leap for our racing car research and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I. Multi-bus protocol support + drive-free design<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
TOSUN CAN tool has more communication interfaces than the traditional CANUSB \u2161, and no need to download the driver to communicate. Combined with TSMaster software can be real-time simulation data, data evaluation, diagnostics, support for multi-bus protocol communication interface. II. Data collection: making racing \"talk\" <\/strong>Through TSMaster's multi-channel CAN bus monitoring function, we have achieved real-time collection and synchronized analysis of the ECU and sensor data of the whole vehicle. During a recent endurance test, the system successfully captured the occasional voltage fluctuation problem in the transmission system, providing key data support for electrical optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

III. Simulation testing: eliminating risk in the laboratory <\/strong>TSMaster's HIL hardware-in-the-loop test function allowed us to complete the control logic verification of the 90% at the bench stage. Especially in the development of the new on-board VCU, the software's built-in fault injection test allowed us to discover three potential communication failure points in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
